Our very extensive webshop is divided into different categories, so that you can quickly and easily find the product you are looking for. Various options have been added to a number of products so that you can choose a product that suits your needs.


Mac Falcon has several products that can be used in falconry. It is also possible to buy a gift voucher. In addition to falconry products, Mac Falcon also has products that you can use during the hunt.


In order to match the wishes of the customer as best as possible, there are several products where you can choose from different options. Think of different sizes, colors etc. If you are in doubt about which size is suitable for you or your bird, please contact us. One of our employees will be happy to help you choose the right product.


Shopping cart

In the shopping cart you will find all products that you have placed in your shopping cart. In the shopping cart itself you can always adjust your order by changing the quantities or removing products. Please note, the products in your shopping cart are not reserved for you.

Shipping costs

When you are logged in to our webshop, the shipping costs for your order are automatically displayed in the shopping cart. The amount of the shipping costs depends, among other things, on the country and the size of the order.


You can use various payment options at checkout. Think of, for example, ideal, bancontact, paypal, credit card. After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail.

Billing address

The billing address is the address stated on the bill. The billing address may differ from the delivery address.

Delivery address

We offer you the possibility to use a different delivery address for sending your order. For example, you can have your order delivered to your home address or your work address.

VAT number

If you as a business customer are not located in the Netherlands, we give you the option to add your VAT number to your order. If this is correct, we will transfer the VAT.

Shipping costs

When you are logged in to our webshop, you can automatically see in the shopping cart what the shipping costs of your order will be.

Delivery time

If you have placed and paid for your order before 11am, it will be shipped the same day. If you place your order on the weekend, it will be shipped the next working day.

Delivery services

Our orders are shipped by DHL, Post NL and DPD. This depends on the country where the order has to go and the dimensions of the package.

Problems with delivery

If there are problems with receiving your order, please contact one of our employees. They will then contact the relevant delivery service to solve the problem.


In addition to delivering orders, we also offer you the option to pick up the order at our location in Oosterhout. It is important to make an appointment first. We will then ensure that your order is ready for you.


To register

In the unlikely event that something turns out to be wrong with one of the products received, you can contact one of our employees. They will help you further and discuss the next steps with you. Never return a defective product to us without discussing it with us.


A warranty request must meet the following conditions, if one or more conditions are not met, the warranty will not be processed and the product will be returned at your expense. Defective products must be returned in the original packaging; The return shipment must be registered in advance with our helpdesk; Return shipments must be properly packaged.
